Graveyard Dirt (part 2)
One night my daughter and I were sitting on the sofa watching TV. From where we were sitting we could see down the hall. My bedroom was at the end of the hall, next to my room was the bathroom, and the next room was my son’s room. While we were watching TV I turned to my daughter to say something to her about the movie when the door to my bedroom opened and a strange man walked out of the room. I guess I must have had a strange look on my face because my daughter turned to see what I was staring at in the hall. We both watched the man go into the bathroom and saw the door shut behind him. I raced to my room to make sure my husband was alright. He was still asleep and seemed to be fine. I woke him and told him a strange man was in the bathroom. He got up and opened the bathroom door only to find the room empty. My daughter was still sitting on the sofa too scared to move. She insisted no one had come out of the bathroom. My daughter and I had just seen our first ghost in the mobile home.
Taking away the graveyard dirt had not cleared the home of ghost. It seemed they were here to stay and we would just have to learn to live with them or move out. We had a family meeting and decided to stay for the time being.
A few days later my husband was sitting on the front porch when he saw a man walking by the barn heading toward our home. When the man was about half way between the barn and our yard he just disappeared into thin air. When he described the man I realized he was describing the owner’s uncle who had lived in the mobile home on the other side of the barn until his death. He had died of a heart attack on his back steps the year before we moved into our home. Now we knew it wasn’t just our home that was haunted but the park as well.

Yep, I was not only frozen with fear but you couldn’t have moved me with a bulldozer at that point. Unless, it was out the door. It was probably a good thing I couldn’t move, otherwise we would have had a new door right behind me.
It’s good to have a witness to a haunting then no one can tell you that you are crazy. Thanks for the back up.
